Role & responsibilities

1. Production Planning &

- Manpower Allocation Plan shift-wise production as per recipes and production schedules; allocate manpower efficiently across production and packing stations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Production &

- Packing Operations – Coordinate and oversee manufacturing and packing activities on the shop floor, ensuring smooth execution of production plans and timely completion of export shipping marks.

- Process &

- Quality Monitoring – Monitor batch processes, material feeding, chemical dosing ratios, moisture content, online weight checks, and finished-goods quality parameters to ensure compliance with standards.

- Raw Material &

- Packing Material Management – Monitor RM/PM availability and consumption as per production plans, maintain stock levels, and coordinate with Stores and relevant teams to avoid production interruptions.

- Manpower Supervision &

- Troubleshooting – Assign tasks to shift operators, train workers,



supervise daily activities, and resolve process deviations, bottlenecks, and operational issues promptly.

- Maintenance &

- Equipment Reliability – Coordinate with technicians for preventive maintenance and breakdown handling of crushers, blenders, mixers, and packing machines; verify equipment checklists and monitor critical engineering spares.

- Safety, 5S &

- GMP Compliance – Ensure implementation of 5S, GMP, PPE, and protected chemical-handling practices across the shop floor, while maintaining a clean and secure working setting.

- Production MIS, OEE &

- Performance Review – Maintain production records, daily logs, RM consumption MIS, downtime and OEE reports; conduct monthly performance reviews, prepare presentations, follow up on action items, and drive achievement of production targets.
