We are looking for a responsible, well-mannered and presentable Office Boy / Girl and Receptionist to assist with day-to-day office administration and front-desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to visitors, clients and guests in a polite and skilled manner.
- Manage the reception/front desk and handle incoming calls and basic enquiries.
- Receive, sort and distribute letters, courier, documents and other office correspondence.
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to clients and office staff when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the reception and office areas.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing and arranging documents.
- Handle routine office errands, including depositing/collecting documents and other work as required.
- Maintain proper records of couriers, visitors and other office-related activities.
- Assist staff with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure that the office is properly organised and adequately stocked with basic office supplies.
- Perform other general office and support duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, courteous and professional behaviour.
- Presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers, printing, scanning and email will be an advantage.
- Should be punctual, reliable and responsible.
- Ability to handle both front-desk and general office support responsibilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred, but freshers may also apply.
