Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, correspondence, files, records, office supplies, and vendor coordination. They schedule meetings, maintain attendance, assist with recruitment and onboarding, prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and official documents. They coordinate between management, employees, clients, and suppliers; follow up on payments and pending tasks; supervise housekeeping and office maintenance; and ensure workplace discipline.
The administrator also supports travel arrangements, inventory control, data entry, and basic accounts. Solid communication, organisation, computer skills, confidentiality, punctuality, and problem-solving ability are essential for this role.
