This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Indore.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess children and adults to identify functional, sensory, and developmental needs, and design individualized therapy plans that support independence in daily activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured evaluations, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating closely with speech therapists, audiologists, behavior therapists, and special educators. The role involves educating families and caregivers on home-based interventions, adaptive strategies, and assistive devices to support continuity of care.

The Occupational

Therapist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning, and maintain high standards of ethical, safe, and culturally sensitive practice.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy with demonstrated experience in functional assessments, sensory integration, and intervention planning.




- Relevant understanding of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and colleagues, including clear documentation and caregiver training.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, especially in working with neurodiverse children and individuals with developmental or neurological conditions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; appropriate registration or licensure as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment, manage a structured caseload, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in neurodevelopmental and rehabilitation therapy; experience with autism, ADHD, CP, and related conditions is an advantage.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication; willingness to participate in continuous career development.
