The center provides specialized, child-centered interventions that address developmental disabilities and related challenges. KhushKids collaborates closely with caregivers to help each child move toward their maximum potential in home, school, and community settings.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Occupational Therapist role based at KhushKids Child Development Center, Panvel, Navi Mumbai .

The Occupational

Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills and design individualized intervention plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment goals as needed. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, guiding parents and caregivers on home programs, and contributing to school readiness and daily living skills training. The therapist will participate in case discussions,



maintain accurate clinical records, and support ongoing program improvement.

Salary Range: Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 per month

Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience designing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess clinical experience or training in Pediatrics, especially in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; registration with relevant professional body is preferred.
- Ability to work compassionately with children with diverse needs, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain professional ethics.
- Prior experience in pediatric therapy, child development centers, or special education settings is an advantage.
