Role: Occupational Therapist – Goal Mapping & Content Development

We are looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to help design and map developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define age- and ability-appropriate developmental goals.

Break larger therapy goals into measurable sub-goals and milestones.

Map goals to home-based activities, exercises and skill-building tasks.

Structure progression levels from beginner to advanced.

Define measurable indicators for tracking progress.

Review content for clinical relevance, safety and practicality.

Collaborate with product, design and content teams.

Preferred Profile

BOT/MOT with experience in pediatric OT.

Strong understanding of sensory, fine motor, gross motor, ADL, regulation and functional development.

Experience creating home programs is preferred.

Ability to convert clinical knowledge into easy parent-friendly instructions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
