Role Description The Obiee & ETL Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) reports, dashboards, and metadata layers, as well as overseeing ETL processes and data integration workflows. The Obiee & ETL Lead collaborates with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and ensures data models support accurate and efficient analytics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing performance of BI solutions, monitoring data quality,



troubleshooting issues across OBIEE and ETL environments, and guiding team members on best practices. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to support releases, manage production support incidents, and continuously improve BI and data integration frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with OBIEE or comparable Oracle BI tools, including report development, dashboard creation, RPD modeling, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on expertise in ETL tools and processes (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica, or similar), data mapping, transformation logic, and workflow scheduling.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, SQL, and relational database management systems such as Oracle or other major databases.
- Skills in requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable BI solutions.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams, managing project tasks, and ensuring adherence to development standards and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and security best practices in analytics and integration environments.
- Ability to analyze complex data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes in production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
