Position: Staff Nurse (Gynecology Department)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and flexible Staff Nurse to assist the Gynecologist in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have robust clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the willingness to adapt to varying work requirements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Gynecologist during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms, instruments, and equipment before patient visits.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
- Provide nursing care to antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Assist in minor procedures and emergency situations as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient records and nursing notes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff for smooth patient management.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow when required.




- Maintain adequate stock of medical supplies and report shortages timely.

Requirements
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Gynecology, Obstetrics, OT, or related healthcare settings.
- Sound knowledge of gynecological procedures and patient care standards.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining patient records and documentation.

Flexibility Requirements
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts based on departmental requirements.
- Should be able to assist in OPD, IPD, labor room, OT, and emergency situations whenever required.
- Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management and consulting Gynecologist.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability in a agile healthcare environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
