Role Description This is a full-time, in office Nursing staff role based at BachanIVF in Delhi, India. The Nursing staff member will provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing fertility treatments, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and supporting patients before and after interventions. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, ensuring proper handling of medication and equipment as per clinical protocols, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The role involves close collaboration with doctors, embryologists,



and other clinical team members to coordinate care plans and support safe, high-quality services. The Nursing staff member will also educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions, offer emotional support, and uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

- Solid Nursing and Medicine knowledge, with experience in clinical or hospital settings

- Demonstrated Patient Care and Caregiving skills, with a compassionate and respectful approach

- Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc Nursing) and valid registration with the relevant nursing council

- Familiarity with fertility, obstetrics, gynecology, or reproductive health care is an advantage

- Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to infection control standards

- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with strong attention to detail and patient safety

- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by patient and clinic schedules
