- Plan Lessons: Design age-appropriate curriculums using play, art, music, and storytelling to teach letters, numbers, and basic social skills.

- Ensure Safety: Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized classroom while following health and sanitation regulations.

- Monitor Progress: Observe children to track developmental milestones and identify anyone needing extra support.

- Communicate with Parents: Provide regular updates on a child's behavior, learning progress, and daily activities.

- Support Social Growth: Guide children in sharing, cooperating, and resolving conflicts peacefully.
