About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, vision-driven NTT Project Coordinator to lead, design, and manage our Nursery and Pre-Primary (Early Childhood Care & Education) department in Sikandarpur. With at least 7 years of hands-on teaching and administrative leadership in early years education, the ideal candidate will oversee teacher mentoring, curriculum implementation, activity-based project planning, child development initiatives, and parent engagement. You will serve as the bridge between pre-primary faculty, school management, and parents to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Project Leadership

- Curriculum & Project Design: Conceptualize, develop, and implement progressive, activity-based, and play-way learning modules tailored for Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels.
- Event & Project Management: Plan and execute pre-primary projects, thematic exhibitions, sports days, cultural events, field trips, and annual celebrations.
- Montessori & ECCE Integration: Integrate modern Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) methodologies, phonics programs, motor-skill development activities, and sensory learning kits into daily routines.

2. Teacher Mentorship & Team Management

- Faculty Training: Conduct regular workshops, orientation sessions, and skill-upgradation programs for pre-primary and NTT teachers on classroom management and child psychology.
- Lesson Planning & Quality Audits: Review daily/weekly lesson plans, inspect classroom environments, conduct teacher performance evaluations, and maintain uniform academic standards across all sections.
- Resource Allocation:



Oversee the procurement and utilization of teaching aids, craft materials, smart-class content, and play equipment.

3. Student Well-being & Parent Engagement

- Child Development & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to child safety, hygiene, emotional well-being, and nutritional/snack guidelines within the kindergarten wing.
- Parent Counseling & Communication: Address parent queries, manage conflict resolution, and conduct orientation sessions and regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to communicate child milestone achievements.
- Behavioral Monitoring: Work alongside teachers and school counselors to identify developmental delays, learning difficulties, or behavioral challenges in young learners early on.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is strictly mandatory.
- Diploma / Certification in NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in pre-primary education, with at least 2–3 years in a administrative/supervisory capacity (e.g., Pre-Primary Coordinator, Headmistress, or Project Lead).
- Leadership & Organization: Strong team-building skills, conflict management, and administrative capability to run large-scale school projects seamlessly.
- Communication: Exceptional command over written and spoken English, paired with solid interpersonal skills to deal with parents, management, and young children.
- Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy, phonics, fine/gross motor skill milestones, and play-based learning frameworks.
