WE’RE HIRING: NEW STORE OPENING (NSO) EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentive

Role Overview

We are looking for an execution-focused NSO Executive who will coordinate the complete process of opening new FOR YOU MART outlets—from site readiness to successful store handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor new-store project timelines.
- Coordinate site readiness, interior work, racks, counters and infrastructure.
- Work with contractors, vendors, Franchise Owners and internal departments.
- Coordinate licences, documentation, ERP, POS, CCTV and IT setup.
- Coordinate recruitment and training of store employees.
- Manage initial inventory receipt, merchandising and price-ticket readiness.
- Coordinate branding, signage and pre-opening marketing activities.
- Conduct pre-opening audits and test billing.
- Support soft launch and grand-opening execution.
- Complete final documentation and hand over the store to the Operations Team.
- Identify project delays and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in retail operations, new store opening,



project coordination, interior execution or franchise rollout is preferred.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of supermarket operations, ERP/POS and store setup.
- Positive communication skills in Odia, Hindi and basic English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email and mobile applications.
- Must be willing to travel and stay at project locations when required.
- Must be capable of handling multiple projects and strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Execution-focused and accountable.
- Strong in vendor and contractor coordination.
- Comfortable working at project sites.
- Able to work under pressure during store-launch periods.
- Ready to take end-to-end ownership of new-store opening activities.

Compensation

? ₹27,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentive
