Role Description

Manage complete salon outlet setup and pre-opening activities.

Coordinate with interior, furniture, equipment, branding, and other vendors.

Ensure timely installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment, products, and supplies.

Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, training, and deployment.

Ensure implementation of SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

Manage inventory, stock, and opening-day requirements.

Coordinate with Head Office, franchise owners, vendors, and salon teams.

Prepare and monitor opening checklists and timelines.





Conduct pre-opening checks and trial/soft openings.

Travel Pan-India for outlet setup, franchise launch, staff coordination, and training.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret operational data, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities to coordinate with franchise partners, salon staff, and internal teams.
- Sales and customer relationship skills to support revenue growth, promote services, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee salon processes, support new store openings, and implement standard operating procedures.
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industry operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple locations or projects, and adapt to a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with salon or POS systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
