Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Role:
- Review and analyze property records, deeds, mortgages, liens & judgments
- Verify chain of title and identify discrepancies/encumbrances
- Research public records and legal documents
- Identify potential fraud or irregularities
- Prepare detailed title reports
- Assist with title commitments and related documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Robust English communication & documentation skills
Good typing speed with 95% efficiency
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated & adaptable
Willingness to work in night shifts
