Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various industries such as BFSI, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Oil & Gas through end-to-end recruitment process.

- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or consultancy firm.

- Strong understanding of non-IT skills including automotive, medical devices/pharmacy/retail/FMCD industries.

- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
