Role Overview

This is a field-heavy legal liaison and recovery role for someone who is equally comfortable in a courtroom, a police station,



and a rural gram panchayat. The person will be the company's boots-on-ground interface with law enforcement agencies (LEAs), statutory bodies, and quasi-judicial authorities across their assigned territory.

The Role

- Providing Collection and Recovery Services. Aggressively engaging with the defaulters to clear the outstanding dues.
- Ensuring coordination with LEA, local gram panchayats and statutory and quasi-judicial bodies to ensure effective collection from defaulting Franchise Partners, Delivery Agents, Employees, Distributors, etc.
- Customers recovery cases - Coordinating with the customers to clear the payment, liaison with LEA’s in case of any non-cooperation.
- Police notices/ summons- Complying with notices/summons by giving a suitable reply/resolving the same.
- Threat of police action- Settlement of cases by liaising with the LEAs in case of a threat of receiving a police complaint/ notice.
- Involves Travel and field work.

Qualifications:
- Suitable experience to handle the above mentioned but a minimum of 10 years of experience in Nodal, Liaison with LEA.
- Strong Networking with LEAs and statutory authorities.
- Robust understanding of the start-up environment.
- Graduate, LL.B. will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing workplace.
