Key Responsibilities

- Monitor network, cloud infrastructure, and devices using New Relic, PagerDuty, GCP Monitoring, and similar tools.

- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.

- Support Incident, Change, Problem, and Escalation Management using Jira/ITSM tools.

- Provide first-level support for network and cloud infrastructure issues.

- Support GCP, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes operational activities.

- Assist with software/infrastructure upgrades and troubleshoot upgrade-related issues.

- Participate in critical incident calls and coordinate with engineering teams.

- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.

- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements and automation.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools for troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, and productivity.





- Support knowledge transfer and training of new team members.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in NOC, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, or Network Operations.

- Valuable understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

- Good working knowledge of Linux and basic scripting.

- Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools such as New Relic, PagerDuty, GCP Monitoring, and Jira.

- Good understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools.

- Good communication, troubleshooting, and incident management skills.

- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
