Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to design, develop, and support digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop and maintain customer journeys, email templates, automations, and data extensions
- Configure and support Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Create and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign reporting
- Develop dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver solutions




- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot SFMC-related issues
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy standards

Requirements

- Min 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Solid knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and ServerSide JavaScript
- Understanding of subscriber management, audience segmentation, and personalization
- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM or other external systems
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and data migration processes
- Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills
