Scan insertion, ATPG pattern generation, fault coverage
DFT DRC analysis and debug
JTAG, Boundary Scan, MBIST conceptsWhat we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with Cadence (Genus/Modus) or Synopsys DFT tools
Understanding of Stuck-at and Transition Delay Fault models
Scripting knowledge (Tcl/Python/Perl) is a plus
