Role Description The Network Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee, maintain, and enhance the organization’s network infrastructure supporting immigration consulting operations and client services. This full-time, on-site role based in Canada involves monitoring network performance, managing network equipment, and ensuring secure connectivity across offices and systems.

The Network

Manager will handle troubleshooting of network issues, coordinate with service providers, and implement best practices for network security and reliability.





Responsibilities also include planning and designing network architecture for scalability, documenting network configurations, and collaborating with internal teams to support technology needs for day-to-day visa and immigration consulting activities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Network Administration and day-to-day management of network infrastructure.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing network performance and connectivity issues.
- Proficiency in Network Design and Network Engineering to plan, implement, and optimize scalable and reliable network solutions.
- Solid understanding of Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching, LAN/WAN environments, and common network monitoring tools.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are an advantage.
