Job OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on L2/L3 Network Engineer to manage, troubleshoot and support enterprise LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless and network security infrastructure at customer sites.

The primary base location will be Current Delhi, however, our customers may be located anywhere in India, and the candidate should be willing to travel to customer locations for implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and project activities.

The candidate will work closely with Network Architects, Infrastructure Managers, customers, OEMs and service providers to ensure network availability, security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless and network security devices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to routing, switching, VLANs, STP, IP addressing and network connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP, route maps and route redistribution.
- Manage and troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN and network security.
- Support AAA/NAC, Cisco ISE and network access control environments.
- Support enterprise wireless infrastructure including controllers and access points.
- Participate in network implementation, migration, upgrades and commissioning activities.
- Perform network health checks, capacity monitoring and performance optimisation.
- Coordinate with OEMs,



ISPs and vendors for technical escalations and issue resolution.
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, IP plans and technical documentation.
- Follow Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project implementation activities.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
- Strong hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF and BGP.
- Experience with Firewalls, VPN, AAA/NAC and network security.
- Experience with Cisco ISE, Wireless, SD-WAN or SD-Access is preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, Data Centre networking and Cisco ACI/UCS is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with customers and vendors.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.

Preferred Certifications
- CCNA / CCNP Enterprise
- Cisco Security / Wireless certifications
- Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba/HPE or other relevant OEM certifications.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
