We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves handling network incidents, performing configuration changes, monitoring network performance, and coordinating with L1/L3 teams, ISPs, and vendors.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLAN, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve incidents.
- Perform network configuration changes, upgrades, and configuration backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
- Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting using appropriate tools.
- Maintain network documentation and update incident/change records.
- Support network maintenance activities and planned changes.
