Role: Network Core OAM Engineer 4G/5G Core Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ Years

Employment: Full-Time : We are looking for an experienced Network Core OAM Engineer with strong expertise in 4G/5G Core network technologies, C++ development on Linux, OAM/FCAPS architecture, NETCONF/YANG, and Kubernetes. The candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) solutions for telecom core network products, with a focus on scalable, reliable, and cloud-native network management. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain OAM components for 4G/5G Core network products.

- Develop high-quality, scalable software using C++ on Linux.

- Work on OAM/FCAPS architecture, design, and implementation.

- Develop and integrate network management interfaces using NETCONF/YANG.

- Work with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies for deploying and managing network applications.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and network teams to deliver telecom solutions.

- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues related to network management, configuration, alarms, performance, and fault handling.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.





- Ensure solutions meet telecom industry standards, reliability, scalability, and operational requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in C++ development on Linux

- Experience in OAM / FCAPS architecture and design

- Hands-on knowledge of NETCONF and YANG

- Experience with Kubernetes

- Positive understanding of 4G/5G Core network concepts

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc graduates only. Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Telecom / 4G / 5G Core network products

- Knowledge of network management and configuration systems

- Experience with REST APIs, protobuf/gRPC, or other network interfaces

- Knowledge of Linux IPC, multithreading, and networking concepts

- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools

- Understanding of cloud-native telecom architectures and CNFs

- Familiarity with 3GPP standards and 5G Core architecture
