Role & Responsibilities

- Implement and support Cisco/Arista routing and switching environments.

- Execute network migrations, configuration changes, device onboarding and validation testing.

- Troubleshoot network incidents, service requests and connectivity issues following defined procedures and playbooks.

- Support Cisco Enterprise and Nexus environments in day-to-day network operations.

- Execute predefined Python, Ansible, Terraform and API-based automation tasks.

- Perform incident, problem and change activities in line with ITIL processes.

- Monitor network health, identify issues and perform timely resolution or escalation.

- Coordinate with technical leads and stakeholders for complex issues and provide regular status updates.

- Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, SOPs and operational records.

- Follow established security, change-control and implementation standards during network activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 35 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience in enterprise environments.





- Strong practical experience with Cisco and/or Arista routing & switching.

- Good understanding of Cisco Enterprise Networks and Cisco Nexus.

- Hands-on exposure to network implementation, migration, troubleshooting and production support.

- Basic but practical knowledge of Python, Ansible, Terraform and APIs; should be comfortable executing existing scripts/playbooks.

- Experience working with Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.

- CCNA preferred; CCNP would be an added advantage.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to follow structured network procedures.

- Comfortable working in an operations-focused workplace with escalations, change windows and customer/stakeholder communication.

- Strong documentation discipline and ability to maintain SOPs, network records and asset details.

- Should be able to work independently on standard network tasks while escalating complex issues appropriately.
