Key Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain networking environments by installing, configuring, testing, and documenting network equipment and systems according to approved designs and specifications.

- Lead day-to-day network operations to ensure network reliability, availability, performance, and serviceability with minimal interruption.

- Provide technical support and respond to user tickets, analyze network issues, and implement effective troubleshooting and resolution.

- Handle escalated network support issues and coordinate with relevant IT teams for timely resolution.

- Lead network technology upgrade and expansion projects, including hardware/software installation, configuration, integration testing, and implementation.

- Plan and execute network changes while minimizing impact on existing systems and business operations.

- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall, VPN, and security protocols.

- Perform regular network performance monitoring and testing to identify potential issues and capacity requirements.

- Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices,



including switches, firewalls, and related network components.

- Manage and configure Cisco Switches, Cisco FMC, Cisco Firewalls, SonicWall, and FortiGate Firewalls.

- Implement and troubleshoot VPN solutions and network security technologies.

- Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities and coordinate remediation of identified network security vulnerabilities.

- Monitor network infrastructure using tools such as OpManager, MRTG, and NetFlow.

- Follow established Change Management processes for network modifications and infrastructure changes.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical escalations.

- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure effective delivery of network services.

- Mentor and guide junior network engineers and provide technical leadership to the team.

- Ensure network operations and documentation align with applicable organizational standards and frameworks, including SSAE 18, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301.
