Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Netskope Security Engineer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced cloud security solutions to protect our organization's data and infrastructure. This position is critical for ensuring the integrity of our Zero Trust architecture and managing secure access across hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in cloud security technologies to mitigate risks and enhance our overall security posture within a dynamic IT landscape.

Responsibilities

- Architect and deploy secure access solutions utilizing Netskope Security Cloud, including Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities.
- Configure and manage identity integration protocols such as SCIM, OAuth, and SAML to facilitate seamless and secure connections with identity providers like Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats and incidents using Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel to ensure rapid detection and remediation.




- Implement and maintain Zero Trust Architecture principles across the organization's network and cloud assets.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of SD-WAN solutions to ensure secure and efficient network traffic flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in information security, specifically within the IT Services sector.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with the Netskope Security Cloud platform and its core modules.
- Have hands-on expertise in configuring and managing identity federation standards including SCIM, OAuth, and SAML.
- Show strong working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem security tools, specifically Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, and Splunk.
- Understand and have practical experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture and related security frameworks.
- Be well-versed in network security technologies, including SD-WAN, SWG, CASB, and DLP solutions.
- Hold a market-competitive salary expectation aligned with the market range of ₹10-13 LPA for this level of expertise.
