Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET Fullstack applications, owning both backend services and frontend implementation.
- Design and implement scalable backend components using .NET, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build and optimize modern UI features using Angular, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and plan iterations with clear technical milestones.
- Drive code quality through reviews, refactoring, and enforcing engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor team members, unblock delivery challenges, and support technical decision-making across the squad.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Ensure secure development practices, including input validation, authentication/authorization patterns, and safe API design.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- 5–9 years of overall experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in .NET and Angular.
- Experience delivering .NET Fullstack applications across frontend and backend layers.




- Strong understanding of web application architecture, RESTful API design, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Technology/Computer Applications/Science (e.g., BTech, BE, MCA, MSc, MTech).

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience building UI modules using React and integrating React/Angular frontends with .NET services.
- Proven experience leading small-to-mid sized teams, coordinating delivery, and improving development workflows.
- Solid knowledge of component-driven UI development, state management patterns, and frontend performance optimization.
- Experience designing modular backend services and applying clean architecture principles for long-term maintainability.
- Ability to influence technical direction, align engineering choices with product goals, and communicate trade-offs clearly.

Good to have skills: ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, Microservices, Azure DevOps
