About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting complex integration landscapes, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and modern AI-enabled platforms. This role requires a strong blend of architecture expertise, engineering leadership, solution design, and hands-on technical capabilities across application development, integrations, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies.

The Technical

Architect will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Teams to design future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution & Application Architecture Design end-to-end technical architectures for enterprise applications and digital platforms. Define architecture blueprints, solution patterns, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and organizational standards. * Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance across projects.

Integration Architecture Architect and implement complex enterprise integrations involving multiple internal and external systems. Design event-driven, API-led, and message-driven architectures. Define integration patterns using APIs, messaging platforms, event streaming, and middleware technologies. Drive adoption of reusable integration frameworks and standards.

Platform & Data Architecture Design high-availability and high-performance systems leveraging relational and NoSQL databases. Define data storage,



caching, and performance optimization strategies. * Architect distributed systems capable of handling large-scale transaction volumes and real-time processing requirements.

Engineering Leadership Mentor engineering teams on architecture best practices and modern development methodologies. Guide teams on design patterns, coding standards, scalability, observability, and performance engineering. * Participate in technical estimations, design reviews, proof of concepts, and technology evaluations.

AI & Emerging Technologies Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and AI-driven development tools. Evaluate and implement AI/GenAI technologies for enterprise use cases. Define architecture patterns for AI-enabled applications, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions. Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI Engineering practices.

Non-Functional Requirements Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance requirements. Define observability, monitoring, logging, resiliency, and disaster recovery strategies. * Collaborate with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and governance.

Required Technical Skills

Application Development Strong expertise in either: Java (Spring Boot, Microservices), or .NET (.NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core) Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.



* Experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.

Database Technologies SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase (or equivalent NoSQL databases) * Redis and distributed caching technologies

Cloud & Platform Technologies Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform Docker Kubernetes/RedHat OpenShift CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices

AI & Up-to-date Engineering AI-Assisted Development Tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) Generative AI platforms and APIs RAG architectures Vector Databases AI Agent Frameworks AI-enabled SDLC practices

Required Experience 812 years of overall software engineering experience. Minimum 3+ years in an Architecture, Solution Design, or Technical Leadership role. Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise integration solutions. Experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications. Experience with event-driven and real-time processing architectures. Strong exposure to enterprise-scale systems handling high transaction volumes.

- Experience leading technical discussions with business and engineering stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in Airline or Large Enterprise environments. Experience with Event Sourcing and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP). Experience with observability platforms such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk etc.. Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-powered enterprise solutions. Relevant cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP). * TOGAF, Solution Architecture, or Integration Architecture certifications are a plus.
