Typical responsibilities
- Collect and prepare samples for microbial testing.
- Grow and isolate microorganisms in the laboratory.
- Identify microbes using microscopy, biochemical tests, and other analytical methods.
- Test contamination, sterility, or antimicrobial effectiveness.
- Record data, interpret findings, and write technical reports.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, media, and safety procedures.
- Support quality control, research, product development, or public health work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
