As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You will be joining our Operational Key Account Team to add your expertise skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
You will be responsible for the operational performance development of assigned customers, while working with a variety of stakeholders.
You will need to ensure all committed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
How you create impact
To effectively manage maintain customer relationships support operations related initiatives.
To lead business performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
To manage ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
To initiate drive continuous process improvements to improve productivity operational performance.
To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
To create maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring analyzing.
To create update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ensure adherence.
To ensure all SOPs, WIs templates are updated stored in a shared environment.
- Good understanding of end-to-end logistics operations.
- Experience driving process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience with dashboards, MIS and performance reporting.
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, WIs and process documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
