Role & responsibilities

- Assist in distributor and partner onboarding activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for collection of required documents and information

- Track onboarding status and maintain related MIS, trackers, and records.

- Follow up with distributors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.

- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and onboarding progress.

- Provide operational support for distributor engagement initiatives and partner communication.

- Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the team

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

- An MBA in Finance - Pursuing

Desired Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Robust coordination and follow-up abilities.

- Attention to detail and documentation management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

- Proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
