- To provide & support proper setting condition as per defined parameters and statutory guidelines for patent care areas of hospital.
- He is responsible for up keeping all the HVAC & Electrical equipments.
- He is to assist Shift Engineer for any critical Job.
- He is to prepare & verify the consumable material list provided to him by particular section technicians.
- Need to assist shift engineer during any emergency breakdown.
- Responsible for monitoring & maintaining of chillier, DG & UPS logbook on daily basis.
- Need to aware of capacity of each equipment (HVAC &Electrical;) fitted on board.
- Need to aware of using proper tools and standard operating procedure during any kind of breakdown.
- Need to note down & monitor the temp. & Humidity of critical area on daily basis.
- Close co-ordination with STP, MGPS and IBMS operator for smooth operation.

To work with the hospital information system and other information technology resources and software as may be assigned on a periodic basis from time to time.
