Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical expertise across different areas of Dynamics CRM.
- Work extensively with Dynamics 365 Sales, including:
- Lead Management
- Account Management
- Contact Management
- Sales Processes
- Policy Sales Lifecycle
- Develop custom CRM solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
- Build and customize PowerApps Canvas Apps, PCF Controls, and Power Automate workflows.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and Azure services.
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver CRM solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Good to Have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot and AI capabilities.
- Exposure to AI Agents, conversational AI, lead qualification, and sales automation.
- Knowledge of cloud-based CRM architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture.
- Solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, PCF, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
