Role Description The Motion Graphic Trainer will deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions focused on motion graphics tools, techniques, and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, involving the planning and delivery of curriculum, live demonstrations, and guided practice using industry-standard software. The trainer will develop lesson plans, create training materials and sample projects, and provide constructive feedback on student work.

Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, assessing progress through assignments and evaluations, and adapting content to accommodate different skill levels.



The role also involves collaborating with other trainers to align motion graphics training with broader design and UI/UX programs, and staying current with new trends and tools in motion design.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in motion graphics software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools) and practical experience in producing professional-quality motion design projects.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, visual storytelling, and animation principles.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners with diverse skill levels.
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with academic and administrative teams.
- Ability to design and update training materials, assignments, and project briefs that reflect current industry standards and emerging trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work, including animated videos, social media assets, explainer content, or UI motion design.
- Comfort with basic video editing, audio integration, and preparing files for digital platforms; familiarity with related design and UI/UX tools is an advantage.
