About the RoleSHREGO is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to manage the visual communication of our growing FMCG food brand.

This role will involve packaging design, product mockups, retail creatives, branding, and short-form video editing. We are looking for someone who can take a design from concept to final execution and understands the practical requirements of FMCG and food packaging.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic & Packaging Design

- Design packaging for pouches, boxes, jars, combo packs and gift packs
- Create box artworks using printer-ready dielines
- Develop realistic product mockups for sales, marketing and presentations
- Design POS materials including banners, posters, flyers, danglers and shelf strips
- Adapt designs across multiple SKUs, pack sizes and product variants
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative assets

Packaging & Print

- Strong understanding of packaging design and print specifications
- Knowledge of CMYK, bleed, color profiles and print-ready export formats
- Ability to create high-quality PSD / 3D product mockups
- Coordinate with printing vendors for artwork and production requirements

Motion Design & Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp
- Create basic motion graphics, text animations and product animations
- Convert static creatives into engaging animated promotional content
- Edit product, recipe and promotional videos with captions,



transitions and effects

Required Software SkillsMandatory:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Preferred:

- Adobe InDesign

Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food brands, packaging companies or packaging-focused agencies
- Strong understanding of FMCG packaging and Indian retail/consumer products
- Good knowledge of packaging artwork and print production
- Ability to work independently and execute designs within timelines
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Creative mindset with a practical, execution-focused approach
- Ability to handle multiple SKUs and projects simultaneously

Freshers may be considered only if they have a strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design and motion/video work. Portfolio is MandatoryCandidates must share a portfolio containing relevant work such as:

- Packaging designs
- Product mockups
- POS / retail creatives
- Brand creatives
- Short-form videos
- Motion graphics / animation samples
