About the Role

We are looking for a Motion Designer with 2+ years of experience to create engaging, high-quality motion experiences across our consumer-facing digital products and brand experiences.

You will work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and Brand teams to bring ideas to life through motion, interaction, visual storytelling, and animation. The role requires a strong understanding of motion principles and the ability to translate static designs and concepts into polished, purposeful experiences.

You should be comfortable working across different motion formats and tools, including After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Rive, and Blender, and understand how motion moves from concept to a productionready experience.

We are also looking for someone who is actively exploring AI and emerging creative technologies and understands how new tools and workflows can unlock new possibilities in motion design, accelerate exploration, and improve production.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of skilled experience in Motion Design.

Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, easing, transitions, rhythm, and visual storytelling.

Experience creating motion for B2C / consumer-facing digital products, apps, websites,



or digital experiences.

Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.

Hands-on experience or good working knowledge of Lottie / LottieFiles, Rive, and 3D tools such as Blender.

Ability to create motion that is purposeful, engaging, and aligned with the overall user experience.

Strong understanding of UI motion, micro-interactions, transitions, and digital animation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and

Brand teams.

Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to create production-ready animation assets.

Strong attention to detail with a good eye for visual quality, composition, typography, pacing,

and movement.

Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and creative workflows.

Robust interest in AI-powered creative tools and an understanding of how AI can be used to explore, prototype, and enhance motion design.

Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work in a fast-paced product setting.

A portfolio that demonstrates strong motion craft, creative thinking, and attention to detail
