You are responsible for inspiring young learners, enhance their language skills and create a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering quality teaching-learning experiences to students of Classes II as a mother teacher teaching all subjects, fostering a joyful, value-based and inclusive classroom setting. You will integrate technology and experiential learning tools to promote holistic development aligned with CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines.
Brief of Duties and responsibilities: -
- Plan, prepare and deliver well-structured engaging lessons based on the CBSE curriculum and the schools academic framework.
- Use modern teaching aids such as smart boards, digital learning platforms and AI-based tools to enhance classroom effectiveness.
- Design diverse and creative teaching-learning materials and classroom activities to develop conceptual understanding and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate students through formative and summative methods, maintaining accurate academic records.
- Foster moral values, life skills and discipline in alignment with the school’s vision of providing value-based education.
- Coordinate with subject teachers, co-curricular educators and parents for holistic student development.
- Integrate art, storytelling, experiential learning and project-based pedagogy in everyday teaching.
- Maintain class decorum, attendance and student portfolios to ensure productive learning.
- Participate in school events, assemblies and teacher training programs.
- Support administrative duties such as report card preparation, data entry and ERP updates.
- Regularly attend workshops and contribute to the academic improvement initiatives of the school.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and report results to parents and the Management
- To foster a positive school environment that supports the intellectual, emotional and social development of the students.
- Create a safe, orderly and stimulating learning environment
- Reflect regularly on teaching practices for continued improvement
