Samprati Early Years is looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in working with young children and be able to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities for children aged 2–3 years.
- Support children in their social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Create a secure, warm, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe each child’s individual needs, interests, and developmental progress.
- Encourage independence, curiosity, creativity, and positive behaviour through the Montessori approach.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain classroom routines, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle young children with patience, empathy, and care, especially during transitions and challenging situations.
- Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and classroom resources.
- Maintain appropriate records of children’s observations and progress.




- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the school team.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori certification is required.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and approachable personality.
- Ability to understand and respond to the individual needs of young children.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.

We are looking for a teacher who can be a positive role model and trusted caregiver for young children, while making their early learning experience joyful, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
