Role Description The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The specialist will design and implement M&E; frameworks for projects, including developing indicators, tools, and data collection methodologies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project activities, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing progress reports, and providing timely feedback to project teams.

The role involves offering technical assistance to colleagues and partners on M&E; best practices, data quality assurance, and use of monitoring results for program improvement.



The specialist will also support survey design, coordinate field data collection, and contribute to knowledge products such as briefs, presentations, and evaluation summaries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in M&E; and system monitoring, including designing indicators, frameworks, and data tracking processes.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and statistics competencies, including data analysis, interpretation, and use of statistical software.
- Candidates should possess experience in providing technical assistance, capacity building, and guidance on monitoring and evaluation practices.
- Relevant academic background such as a master’s degree in statistics, economics, public health, social sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in development projects, operations research, or large-scale surveys, preferably within the social or public sector.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
