Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Model Coordinator to manage and coordinate the State Bank of India (SBI) Channel across five regions. The role involves team handling, sales performance monitoring, business data analysis, coordination with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth across the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the SBI Bank Channel across five regions.
- Handle and coordinate the regional teams to ensure smooth business operations and achievement of sales objectives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all five regions.
- Track sales numbers, business volumes, productivity, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyse regional performance data and identify gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
- Regularly update key stakeholders / key people on sales performance, business progress, achievements, and critical issues.
- Drive and follow up with teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Push sales numbers through regular reviews, follow-ups, action plans, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with SBI channel teams and internal teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare and share MIS, performance reports, sales dashboards, and business updates as required.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the respective regional teams.




- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, business initiatives, and sales activities across all five regions.
- Identify underperforming areas and work with the respective teams to develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain robust working relationships with key SBI channel stakeholders and internal management.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational and business-related issues.
