JOB SUMMARY:The Account Executive will serve as account support over selected accounts to keep work moving on a regular basis, support junior to senior level account leads. Including but not limited to support with status meeting prep, recap development, and detail capturing. In parallel, this role will act as the primary owner of the end-to-end Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submission process on selected accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring all materials are accurately prepared, compliant, and submitted on time, acting as the central point of accountability for submission readiness and quality.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-to-End Submission Management: Own the preparation, assembly, and submission of all materials through the MLR review process. Work closely with Project Management to ensure submission and review deadlines are adhered to.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all submission components (annotations, references, claims, and supporting documentation) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Documentation Integrity: Ensure all materials are properly annotated, referenced, version-controlled, and audit-ready prior to submission.
- Process Compliance: Execute submissions in strict adherence to client-specific MLR processes, workflows, and timelines.
- System Management: Manage all uploads, routing, and tracking within MLR platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats), ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Review Cycle Management: Track submission status, manage reviewer feedback, and coordinate revisions and resubmissions to drive timely approvals.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively resolve gaps or inconsistencies in submission materials, escalating as needed.

Account Support:




- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with account, project management, and internal teams to ensure materials are submission-ready and aligned.
- Status Tracking: Support team visibility into submission timelines, approvals, and risks.
- Client Process Adherence: Ensure all work aligns with client expectations, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Operational Support: Assist with general account needs, including documentation, timelines, and internal coordination.
