MNA – Nursing Assistant

Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for caring, responsible, and dedicated MNA nursing assistants to join our healthcare team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals in day-to-day patient-care activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report patients' basic health conditions and vital signs as instructed.
- Assist nurses in providing routine patient care.
- Support patients with bed-to-wheelchair and other mobility requirements.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of patients and their surroundings.
- Assist with feeding and ensure patients receive meals on time.
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Observe patients for any changes in condition and immediately inform the nursing staff.




- Assist with basic patient-care procedures under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Maintain proper patient-care records and documentation.
- Communicate respectfully with patients, attendants, nurses, and doctors.
- Perform other patient-care duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- MNA / nursing assistant qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant healthcare or patient-care experience are preferred.
- Freshers with a relevant qualification may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
