TalentQ Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented MIS Executive with at least 6 months of experience in any industry. The role focuses on data reporting, analysis, and dashboard preparation to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Role & responsibilities :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with high accuracy
- Perform data validation and quality checks before report submission
- Analyze data and share basic insights and trends
- Create and maintain reports/dashboards in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting needs
- Automate easy reports using Excel formulas
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support ad-hoc reporting requirements
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 1 Year experience in MIS / Data / Reporting (any industry)
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel:
- Pivot Tables
- Formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF)
- Basic charts
- Basic understanding of data handling and reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Candidate should have access to a personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
