Support the Pharma Sales & Marketing team with MIS, analytics, and CRM/SFA management, enabling data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SFA/CRM platforms for Pharma field force.
- Generate daily/weekly/ monthly sales MIS & dashboards.
- Track attendance, expenses, and business KPIs.
- Provide insights for business analytics & decision-making.
- Support patient engagement/e-detailing platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy & compliance.
Training to new employee about attendance portal.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA with 1 to 2 years in MNC Pharma MIS/CRM roles.
- Robust Excel & analytics background.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Experience in Pharma SFA/CRM platforms
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding)
- MS PowerPoint & Word
- Hands-on with SFA & CRM platforms for Pharma (Sales Activities, E-detailing, Expense Management, Attendance Tracking)
- Exposure to patient engagement platforms & analytics
Experience - 1 to 2 years in an MNC Pharma company.
