URGENT HIRING:-MIS & AI Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS & AI Analyst responsible for preparing management reports, developing interactive dashboards, analyzing business data, summarizing tenders, and using AI tools to improve reporting and day-to-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports using Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI.

Analyze business data and present actionable insights to management.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reports.

Develop tender summaries, including eligibility criteria, scope of work, timelines, financial requirements, and key submission details.

Review tender documents and extract key information accurately.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and other AI platforms for research, summarization, data analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.

Identify repetitive reporting processes and explore AI/automation solutions to improve efficiency.





Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Prepare presentations and management summaries based on analyzed data.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data.

- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and decision-support reports.

Required Skills

Advanced MS Excel — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, charts, data cleaning.

Power BI or similar BI tools.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering.

Ability to analyze and summarize lengthy documents/tenders.

Good written and verbal communication.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of Google Sheets/Looker Studio is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of automation using Power Automate, Apps Script, or similar tools is preferred.

Experience

6m-2years years in MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role.
