About the Role

Cureton Biotech is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage MIS reporting, dashboards, databases, and cross-functional data coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate & consolidate data from multiple departments.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
- Track KPIs, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy & confidentiality.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance & IT teams.
- Support ERP/CRM reporting and resolve data/system issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant MIS/Data Reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros.
- Working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Database Management preferred.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving & communication skills.
- Pharma/Healthcare/Manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
