Position: MIS Executive Department: MIS / Operations Industry: Fintech / NBFC Location: Mumbai / Andheri East Experience: 1–3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data management, dashboards, and business MIS requirements. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing regular reports, analyzing business performance, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely availability of MIS reports. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports .

Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments. Maintain accurate and updated Excel databases and trackers . Prepare performance reports related to Sales, Collections, Operations, and other business functions .

Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports as required. Track key business metrics, targets, achievements, and productivity. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for corrections.





Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis based on management requirements. Ensure timely submission of all scheduled MIS reports. Maintain proper records and documentation of MIS reports. Support management with data analysis and business insights.

Coordinate with Sales, Collection, HR, Finance, and Operations teams for data requirements. Handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required

SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and data filtering. Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation . Positive analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work with large datasets. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
