Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from various departments and project sites.

- Prepare project-wise, department-wise, and employee-wise reports and trackers.

- Prepare MIS related to sales, sourcing, closing, collections, inventory, and project performance.

- Monitor targets vs. actual performance and highlight key variances.

- Prepare management dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.

- Extract and analyse data from Farvision ERP for MIS and reporting.

- Maintain and update Farvision-related data and reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, HR, and other departments for data collection and validation.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.

- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards,



and automated reports.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.

- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1-7 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business reporting.

- Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP is preferred.

- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and dashboards.

- Strong analytical and data management skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines.
