Silk Road Coffee Company is looking for an MIS & Automation Executive to build and manage an integrated operational MIS system covering inventory, warehouse, bakery production, purchasing, wastage and management reporting.
We are looking for someone who can build systems, not just prepare Excel reports.
What you'll do
- Design and build MIS systems using Google Forms and Google Sheets
- Develop inventory and warehouse tracking systems
- Build Raw Material Inventory MIS
- Develop Bakery Production MIS
- Create Purchase and Vendor MIS
- Track stock transfers, closing stock and stock variance
- Develop Wastage MIS
- Support food costing and consumption analysis
- Build management dashboards and exception reports
- Automate repetitive processes using Google Apps Script
- Create master databases for SKUs, vendors, outlets and recipes
- Improve existing operational workflows and reporting systems
- Work directly with management and operations teams to understand requirements
What we're looking for
- 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Sheets
- Advanced knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation and dashboards
- Experience with Google Forms
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script
- Strong understanding of data management and reconciliation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into practical MIS solutions
Experience of independently building a Google Sheets-based MIS from scratch will be an advantage. You should be someone who can take a process such as:
Purchase → Warehouse → Inventory → Production → Consumption → Closing Stock and turn it into a structured, automated and easy-to-use MIS system.
