Key Responsibilities
- Report Generation: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, loan disbursements, and login-to-sanction ratios.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the sales database, CRM, and target sheets accurately.
- Sales Coordination: Act as a bridge between the field sales team, credit department, and operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team achievement against set targets and highlight gaps.
- Dormancy & Lead Tracking: Follow up on pending files, login status, and lead allocations
Min - 2 years of experience is MIS
